When you receive one of our gifted experiences, you'll enjoy a complimentary session that is valued at $150, as well as an 8x10" matted print that is valued at $650.

To book your gifted experience, we kindly ask for a fully refundable holding deposit of $99. We value your time and ours, and this helps prevent any no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Your experience with us includes a private photography session with our skilled photographers followed by a private viewing session with our designers for you to see the beautiful images from your session.

You will work with your designer to categorise your images from your most favourite to least favourite. Don't worry we're not deleting anything here!

Following that, you will be given the option to either choose one image to be produced into an 8x10” matted print or create a bespoke artwork for your home.

If you choose to create something special for your home, your qualified designer will guide you through the best display options for the images you love and work with the space you have in your home. For any order you place with us, your $650 credit will be applied to your purchase.

We have many payment options available, and they will be offered to you to make the decision-making process easier.

We are delighted to accommodate families with up to 15 members in our studios, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and at ease during the session.

We understand that choosing the right images for your home can be a difficult decision, and we want you to feel completely comfortable when it comes to placing an order with us.

If you have been gifted an experience that comes with an 8x10” artwork, then you can simply select your single image and we’ll turn it into a ready-to-frame portrait print. If you wish to use your gift as a $650 artwork credit, then you can simply work with your designer to create the perfect piece for your home and apply the $650 credit toward your order.

Of course, there's no obligation to purchase any additional images from us, but if you do decide to make a purchase, our designer is here to help.

We will hold onto your images for 5 days before we have to remove them from our server. Any images you order including your gifted image will be kept forever.

Absolutely, we know that in this current world, people want to share their images with their family and friends. We have various digital options, and they can be customised based on how many images your love and want to order. Under Australian Consumer Law there is no cooling off period and a no refund policy. To ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service, we do offer a 48-hour amendment period for your order. During this time, please contact us in writing to info@gapstudios.com.au if you need to amend your order.

Please keep in mind that after this 48-hour period has elapsed, we won't be able to accept any changes. We appreciate your understanding of our policy, and we're committed to making sure you receive a high-quality product that meets your expectations.
